In short
Last reviewed
Fan Fusion LLC, an OnlyFans management agency for creators who already earn, publishes six working documents on this page, free and ungated: a notice email to your current agency, a persona sheet outline, a hard-no list, a weekly report layout, 11 questions to send any agency before you sign, and a seven-point readiness checklist. They cover the practical side of a switch: ending the old contract in writing, briefing a new chat team and checking what you're told every week.
Each one is plain text you can select, copy and edit, with the personal parts in brackets. You don't need to work with us to use them, and none of them is legal advice: your own contract decides your notice period and how notice is given. The sample report shows dashes, not numbers, because it's a layout sample, not a client's report. Our own terms are on the pricing page.
Template 1 · Notice email
On the channel your contract names, with a date, in a few short lines. You don't owe a reason, and a calm notice usually gets a calmer exit. The full handover plan is on switching agencies.
Subject: Written notice to end our agreement, [your stage name] Hi [agency contact], This is my written notice to end our agreement dated [contract date], under clause [clause number]. By my count, my last day with you is [last day]. Please confirm that date in writing. Until then, please keep posting and mass messages running as usual, and please don't delete scheduled posts, vault content or messages. By my last day, please: 1. Send my statements and reports for every month you managed. 2. Hand over my content folders, including everything made for me. 3. Transfer each marketing page you ran for me, with its login email, phone number and 2FA. 4. Confirm in writing what, if anything, you will invoice after [last day]. 5. Confirm that every login, session and team access ends on [last day]. Thank you for the work so far. [Your name] [Date]
This is a starting point, not legal advice. If a clause is unclear, ask a lawyer before you send notice. We never ask you to break a contract: if your notice runs longer than you'd like, day 1 with a new team simply starts later.
Template 2 · Persona sheet
Everything a chatter needs to sound like you: how you text, what fans already know, what you sell, and when to stop and ask you. Fill it in once and change it whenever you change.
PERSONA SHEET · [stage name] · updated [date] 1. Who fans are talking to Name fans know you by: [stage name] What fans already know about you: [only what's public on your page and socials] What stays private: [real name, city, relationships, day job] 2. How you text Message length: [short bursts or longer messages] Emoji: [which ones, or none] Pet names you use: [list] Pet names you never use: [list] Caps, typos, punctuation: [how you really type] A real opener you've sent: [paste it] A real goodnight you've sent: [paste it] 3. What you like talking about Topics you enjoy: [three or four] Stories fans follow: [routines, trips, pets] Topics you avoid: [see hard-no list] 4. What you sell Content ready to sell: [vault folders] Lowest price per set: [$ —] Bundles: [what, and when they're offered] Customs you take: [types, lead time] Customs you don't take: [types] 5. When you're “online” Hours fans expect you: [from, to, time zone] Days off: [days] 6. Rules for the chat team Message me directly when: [e.g., a fan mentions meeting] Never promise before I approve: [e.g., a custom, a date, a discount] AI: [e.g., no AI-generated photos, video or voice of me without my written approval]
Template 3 · Hard-no list
Acts, words, topics and requests you never want offered or agreed to, at any price. Short and specific beats long and vague: a chatter has to be able to check a message against it in seconds.
HARD-NO LIST · [stage name] · updated [date] Every chatter on my account reads this before their first shift. Nothing on it is offered, sold, promised or agreed to, at any price. 1. Content I never make - [act, type of set or theme] - [act, type of set or theme] 2. Words and names never used with fans - [words, nicknames, roleplay terms] 3. Topics never discussed - My real name, location, family, workplace or other accounts - [other topics] 4. Requests always declined - Meeting in person, or calls and video outside OnlyFans (against OnlyFans' terms) - Payment or contact outside OnlyFans (against OnlyFans' terms) - [other requests] How to decline, in my words: [the exact line you want used] 5. Price floors (never sold below) - Set: [$ —] - Custom: [$ —] 6. Fans who get blocked - [e.g., anyone who posts personal details about me] 7. Stop and message me first when - A fan mentions meeting, my location or my real name - A request comes close to anything on this list - [anything else] Agreed by: [your name] · [date]
Give the list to any agency before you sign and ask how they enforce it. With us, every chatter on your account reads it before their first shift, and offers, customs and PPV messages are checked against it in our weekly review. If a limit is crossed, you're told in writing with the conversation and that chatter comes off your account. You can read every conversation at any time. More on how chat runs: chatting & DM sales.
Layout 4 · Weekly report
Where this week's money came from, what the team did, what was tested and what needs your decision. Every figure should come from your own OnlyFans statements, so you can check it yourself.
Layout sample, no client data: the dashes stand in for your numbers.

You can send this layout to your current agency and ask for it every week. If they can't build it from your statements, that's worth knowing before the next renewal date. Ours arrives every Monday, with a shared sheet and a monthly call: see the reporting term.
Checklist 5 · Compare any agency
Send every agency the same 11 questions before any call. Together they cover the 14 points in how to choose an OnlyFans agency. A short answer per line is enough, and a question an agency won't answer in writing is an answer too.
Hi [agency name], Before we book a call, could you answer these in writing? 1. What is your commission, and is it a percentage of gross or of net? 2. What does the commission include, what is billed separately, and what does exclusivity cover? 3. Are there any upfront, setup, tool or ad fees? 4. Is there a minimum term, and does the contract renew automatically? 5. How much notice do I give to leave, and is there an exit fee? 6. Do my payouts ever go through you, and do you take any commission after the contract ends? 7. How do you access my account? Will you ever ask me to send a password or 2FA code? 8. Who owns the content you edit, and whose emails are the marketing pages registered to? 9. Who chats with my fans, where are they based, and do you use AI to write messages? 10. How often do I get a report, and is it built from my OnlyFans statements? 11. What is your company's legal name, where is it registered, and who signs the contract? Thanks, [your stage name]
Why each question matters, and the replies that should stop you: questions to ask before signing. Already holding a contract? Tick its clauses in the contract red-flag check.

Checklist 6 · Readiness
An agency can grow a page that already works. It can't replace the basics. These are the seven checks from our readiness checklist, one line each. If one isn't true yet, fix it first: it costs nothing, and it makes any agency's audit more useful.
Our minimum for full management is about $3,000+ net a month; for chatting only, it's confirmed in the audit. Below that, the work rarely earns back its commission, and the full checklist shows what to do first.
