How much do OnlyFans agencies take?
OnlyFans management agencies are typically paid a revenue share: a percentage of what your page earns, not a flat fee. Of six agency websites we checked on , two publish a rate, 25–50% and 25–55%, and four publish no number at all. The percentage is half the price. The other half is the basis. OnlyFans keeps 20% of what fans spend, so a commission on gross is partly charged on money you never receive: at the same 40%, gross costs you 50% of your payout.
Before comparing offers, convert each one to net and ask what the percentage covers. Fan Fusion LLC charges 35–60% of net for full management and 15–20% of net for chatting only, with your exact rate fixed in writing after a free audit and no upfront or tool fees.
What is the difference between gross and net?
Gross is what fans spend on your page: subscriptions, tips, PPV and paid messages. OnlyFans keeps 20% of it. Net is the 80% OnlyFans pays out to you. It's the net figure on your OnlyFans statement, and the money that actually reaches your bank.
An agency can calculate its commission on either number. Same percentage, different price. On gross, the agency also takes a share of the 20% OnlyFans already kept, money that was never yours to split.
The conversion is one division: stated rate on gross ÷ 0.8 = what it really costs you as a share of net.
| Stated rate | Real share of net |
|---|---|
| 20% of gross | 25% |
| 25% of gross | 31.25% |
| 30% of gross | 37.5% |
| 40% of gross | 50% |
| 50% of gross | 62.5% |
How to tell which one you're paying
Read the commission clause. A good contract says “net earnings” or “earnings after platform fees”. If it says “revenue”, “earnings” or “sales” without defining them, ask in writing.
Then check an invoice: divide last month's commission by your net for the same month. If a “40%” deal comes out at 50%, you're paying on gross. If that's what you find and you want to move, here's how a switch works, from the notice letter to the handover.
What does that look like at $10K, $25K and $50K a month?
One example rate, 40%, at three payout levels. It isn't a quote from us or anyone else. First, one $10,000 month, both ways:
40% of net Net basis
- Fans spend (gross)
- $12,500
- OnlyFans keeps 20%
- − $2,500
- Net paid out to you
- $10,000
- 40% of net
- − $4,000
- You keep
- $6,000
40% of gross Gross basis
- Fans spend (gross)
- $12,500
- OnlyFans keeps 20%
- − $2,500
- Net paid out to you
- $10,000
- 40% of gross
- − $5,000
- You keep
- $5,000
Illustrative math Not a client result. The gross basis costs $1,000 more for the same month, or $12,000 over a year.
The gap grows with your page. All three levels side by side:
| Net / month | 40% of net | 40% of gross | Gap / month | Gap / year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 netFans spent $12,500 | $4,000 | $5,000 | $1,000 | $12,000 |
| $25,000 netFans spent $31,250 | $10,000 | $12,500 | $2,500 | $30,000 |
| $50,000 netFans spent $62,500 | $20,000 | $25,000 | $5,000 | $60,000 |
What do OnlyFans agencies publish about their commission?
We checked what six agencies publish on their own websites. Only published terms are listed. “Not published” means we could not find it on their site, nothing more: it may still be in their contract or come up on a call.

How to read the ranges
- Ranges follow scope. Both published ranges move with how much of the work the agency takes over. One also factors in where your account starts.
- A range is normal. A floating rate isn't. One number from the range should be written into your contract before you start, and it shouldn't change without your signature.
- An unpublished rate proves nothing either way. It only means you can't compare before a call. Ask for the rate and basis in writing.
For a wider side-by-side that covers contract length, notice and login policy, read the best OnlyFans management agencies, ranked by published terms.
What should the commission include?
A percentage only compares cleanly when it pays for the same work. For full management, the commission should fund the team, not only the agency's margin.
Should be inside the percentage
- Chatters' pay and their supervision
- Content editing and short-form video
- Chat, scheduling and editing software
- Marketing work on your distribution pages
- PPV and mass-message planning
- Reports built from your statements
Ask about before signing
- Setup, onboarding or training fees
- Monthly retainers or minimum fees
- Tools or chatters billed on top
- Ad spend you didn't approve in writing
- Commission after the end date
- Exit fees or automatic renewal
Six questions pin down the real price. Ask them by email or message, so the answers exist in writing:
Basis
The biggest swing in what you pay.
Ask“Is the percentage on gross or on net, and where does the contract say so?”
Income lines
Subscriptions, tips, PPV and paid messages can be treated differently.
Ask“Which of my income does the percentage apply to?”
Baseline
If the share is on growth only, the starting number decides the bill.
Ask“Is it on all of my net or only on growth, and how is my baseline measured?”
Extras
A low rate plus fees can cost more than a higher all-in rate.
Ask“Is anything billed outside the percentage: setup, tools, chatters, editing, ads?”
After you leave
A “trailing” commission keeps charging after the work stops.
Ask“Is any commission owed on fans or sales after the end date?”
Rate changes
A rate that can move by notice isn't a fixed price.
Ask“Can the rate change during the contract without my signature?”
More clauses to check before and after signing are in questions to ask before signing and contract red flags.
How much does an agency need to add to be worth it?
Commission only pays for itself if the agency grows your net by more than it takes. The growth needed depends on the rate and the basis, not on how much you earn. Here's the net you'd need to keep the same $10,000 a month you make on your own:
| Commission | Net needed | Growth |
|---|---|---|
| 25% of net | $13,333 | +33% |
| 30% of net | $14,286 | +43% |
| 35% of net | $15,385 | +54% |
| 40% of net | $16,667 | +67% |
| 50% of net | $20,000 | +100% |
| 40% of gross | $20,000 | +100% |
The last row is the gross basis again: “40%” on gross needs the same growth as 50% on net. Whether that growth is realistic for your page, and what an agency replaces, is in are OnlyFans agencies worth it? To run it on your own net, use the break-even calculator.
Where does Fan Fusion sit?
Since this is our guide, here are our own numbers to run through everything above.
Full management is 35–60% of net. It's a range because pages need different amounts of work: the free audit looks at your chat volume, your content and where your traffic comes from, and the term sheet fixes one number inside the range. That number doesn't change without your signature. Chatting only works the same way inside 15–20% of net. Marketing isn't sold on its own; it is part of full management.

- Covered by the commission: the chat team working 24/7, building real relationships with your fans, editing and the reels program, creator-branded distribution pages registered to emails you own, PPV planning, and a written report every Monday.
- Not included: paid ads, which only run on a budget you approve in writing.
- Billing: OnlyFans pays you directly. We send one invoice per month, built from your OnlyFans statement, payable within 7 days by bank transfer or Wise. We never need access to your bank.
- Leaving: month-to-month, 30 days' written notice, no exit fee.
Next to the published ranges above, our full-management range sits toward the upper end: it starts higher than both and tops out above both, at 60%. It is charged on net, and full management is for creators netting about $3,000+ a month. All 14 terms are on our pricing page.
