Best OnlyFans management agencies 2026, ranked by published terms

There's no single best OnlyFans management agency, but there is a fair way to compare them: by the terms each one puts on its own website. We checked six agencies against seven terms, from commission basis to a company you can look up, and scored Fan Fusion, the author of this guide, the same way without ranking it.

The short answer

Reviewed

The best OnlyFans management agency for you is one whose terms you can read before a call, at a rate that works on your numbers, with an exit you can actually use. This list ranks six agencies only on what each publishes on its own website: commission, the basis it's charged on, contract term, notice, exit fee or post-exit commission, ownership of your account and content, and a company you can look up. Nothing else is scored, including revenue claims, which no outsider can verify.

On , OnModelStudios published all seven terms, Bunny Agency three, TDM and VSM two each, AT Agency one and True Angels none. Fan Fusion wrote this guide, so we score ourselves on the same seven (all are on our pricing page) but leave ourselves out of the ranking. A low count means a term isn't on the website, not that an agency does worse work.

How was this list ranked?

Only by what each agency states on its own website, read on : the homepage, FAQ, pricing, terms and legal pages, plus any landing page or blog post where the agency describes its own terms. We didn't use calls, DMs, review sites or other people's lists.

  • One point per term. Each of the seven terms below scores one point when the site states it. The ranking is the total, out of seven. Ties are listed alphabetically.
  • Only the agency's own terms count. A general guide to what agency contracts should say doesn't score. When a term appears only on a blog post or a single landing page, the entry says so.
  • Performance isn't scored. Revenue figures, creator counts, testimonials and screenshots may be accurate, but no reader can check them.
  • Private terms don't count. Many agencies send terms after a call. That's fine, but you can't compare them before sharing your statements, and that is all this list measures.

This first edition covers six agencies from our own market research: five that write for English-speaking creators and one Polish-language agency. We'll add more as we check them.

Which seven terms did we check, and why?

These are the terms that decide what an agency costs you and what you keep if you leave. Each one counts only when the agency's own site states it. Our longer checklist, how to choose an OnlyFans agency, covers 14 and explains what a good answer looks like.

The seven terms scored, and when each one counts
TermWhat counts
CommissionA percentage or a range. Without it, you can't compare offers before sharing your statements.
BasisWhat the percentage is taken from: gross, net or something else. On gross, 40% is really 50% of what you're paid.
Contract termA minimum length, or that there is none.
NoticeHow long it takes from giving notice to the end date.
Exit fee or post-exit commissionWhether leaving costs a fee, or whether commission continues after the end date.
OwnershipThat your account, login or content stays yours.
Verifiable entityA legal name plus a registration number or street address you can look up in a public registry.

Two things we'd like to score can't be checked from outside: how chat access is set up and who owns the marketing pages. Ask both on any call. Our answers are on account access and security and in the marketing pages term.

Which OnlyFans agencies publish the most terms?

As of . Each entry lists what the agency publishes, what we couldn't find, and who it says it's for.

  1. OnModelStudios 7 of 7 published

Publishes all seven: 25–55% for full management and from 25% for chat-only, both after platform fees; no minimum term; a 48-hour exit; no commission after leaving; the login, content and payouts stay with the creator; and a Florida company, ON INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LLC, with a street address.

Says it's for: creators who already earn, though it takes applications with no minimum.

  2. Bunny Agency 3 of 7 published

Publishes a 25–50% commission that scales with how much you hand over, no long-term contracts (cancel anytime), and its company, Bunny Agency LLC in Wyoming, with a street address.

Not published: basis, notice period, exit fee or post-exit commission, and an ownership term for its own service (we found ownership only in a general guide).

Says it's for: creators at every stage, from new pages to established earners.

    Sourcebunny-agency.com, retrieved

  3. TDM Agency 2 of 7 published

Publishes its company, Top Drawer Management LTD (UK company 13816810, with an office address), and “cancel anytime” on its landing page for trans creators; its main pages mention a signed contract but no length. It describes its pricing as a revenue share. Its FAQ says you keep full access to your account, which we read as access, not ownership.

Not published: commission, basis, notice, exit fee or post-exit commission, and an ownership term.

Says it's for: established creators; its application asks for current subscribers and last month's earnings.

  4. VSM (Vanguard Star Management) 2 of 7 published

Publishes that you always own your account and content, and, on its blog, that it takes a share of growth rather than of money you were already making. No percentage is given.

Not published: commission, contract term, notice, exit fee or post-exit commission, and a legal entity.

Says it's for: creators with an engaged social following, typically 10k+ followers.

  5. AT Agency 1 of 7 published

Publishes, in its terms of service, that it takes no ownership of your content, your accounts or your brand.

Not published: commission, basis, contract term, notice, exit fee or post-exit commission, and a legal entity.

Says it's for: creators who already earn and want to grow past a plateau; it also accepts new creators.

  6. True Angels 0 of 7 published

Its privacy policy names the operator as TrueAngels Agency. We found no registration number or street address, and none of the other six terms.

Says it's for: Polish-speaking creators who are starting out on OnlyFans.

Fan Fusion, the author: 7 of 7, not ranked

  • Commission: 35–60% of net for full management, 15–20% of net for chatting only
  • Basis: net, what OnlyFans pays out after its 20% fee
  • Contract: month-to-month, no minimum term
  • Notice: 30 days in writing, from either side
  • Exit: no exit fee and no commission after the end date
  • Ownership: your login, 2FA, payouts, content and marketing pages stay yours
  • Entity: Fan Fusion LLC, Wyoming filing 2024-001512683

All seven are on our pricing page. We've worked in OnlyFans management since 2021. We don't publish client names or testimonials, and our results are anonymized, so they can't be checked from outside. These terms are what you can judge us on.

Which terms matter most at your earnings level?

The same table reads differently depending on what OnlyFans pays you each month. Start with the rows that cost you the most at your level. The dollar examples use 40% as an illustrative rate, not a quote.

Around $5,000 a month net

First check whether the agency takes pages your size at all; ours starts at $3,000 net a month for full management, and the chatting-only minimum is confirmed in the audit. Then check the basis: at this level, 40% on gross costs $500 a month more than 40% on net.

Around $20,000 a month net

The rate is where most of the money goes. Every 5 points of commission is $1,000 a month at this level, so get one number in writing, not a range, before you sign.

$50,000 a month net or more

Exit terms and ownership matter most. Each extra month of minimum term or notice is another month of commission, $20,000 at 40%, whether the work is going well or not. More is also at stake in who holds the login and the marketing pages.

Illustrative math: 40% on net compared with 40% on gross, at three monthly net amounts
Net40% on net40% on gross
$5,000$2,000$2,500
$20,000$8,000$10,000
$50,000$20,000$25,000

Illustrative math Not a client result. Gross is net divided by 0.8, because OnlyFans keeps 20%. How much agencies take explains it in full.

Why do “best OnlyFans agency” lists disagree?

Because they measure different things, and many are written by someone with a stake, this one included.

  • The author often ranks first. A list written by an agency tends to put that agency on top. Check who wrote a list before you trust its order.
  • Unverifiable numbers get scored. Revenue figures and before-and-after screenshots can't be tied to a page or a month from outside. We leave them out.
  • Placement can be bought. A list that doesn't say who runs it or how it makes money gives you no way to tell.
  • Terms change. A list without a retrieval date can't tell you whether a rate is still current. Every entry here carries one.

How can you check an agency's terms yourself?

Five checks work on any agency, including us.

  • Look the company up in its registryWyoming, Florida and UK companies can all be searched online. Fan Fusion LLC is filing 2024-001512683 in the Wyoming registry, which confirms the LLC exists and is in good standing.
  • Ask for the terms in writing before a callCommission, basis, term, notice, exit fee and post-exit commission. A written term sheet can be compared and quoted back; a call can't. Ours is shown clause by clause in the annotated sample term sheet.
  • Convert every offer to netIf the rate is on gross, divide it by 0.8 to see what it costs of what you're actually paid.
  • Ask exactly how chat access worksOnlyFans has no manager role, so chat access is set up on a call where you enter the 2FA code yourself. We never ask for codes by message, and changing your password and signing out of other sessions ends our access. How access works
  • Ask who owns the marketing pages and who writes your messagesOurs are creator-branded distribution pages, registered to emails you own; handles, followers and posted content go with you at exit. Every fan-facing message is written by a human chatter. AI tools may help with editing and captions. Nothing AI-generated of you is published without your written approval.

For the full question set, see questions to ask before signing and contract red flags, or tick a contract you already have in the contract red-flag check. If you're leaving an agency now, how to leave an OnlyFans agency covers notice and handover.

How is this list kept up to date?

Before each update we re-read every agency's site, change the cells and move the dates at the top and on every source line. A term counts from the day it appears on the agency's own website.

Right of reply. If you run one of these agencies, email contact@fanfusion-agency.com with the URL where a term is published. We reply within 24 hours on business days, correct the table once we can see it and log the change below.
