Is my OnlyFans ready for an agency?

Your OnlyFans is ready for an agency when seven things are in place: a posting rhythm you've kept for a month, a niche you can say in one sentence, prices you chose on purpose, one social platform that sends you fans, a written hard-no list, hours you can give every week, and your net for each of the last three months from your statements. Fan Fusion LLC, an OnlyFans management agency, publishes this checklist free, with no email required.

Readiness is not the same as earnings. Full management starts at about $3,000 net a month, because below that a chat team rarely pays for itself. If chat is your gap, chatting only (15–20% of net) can fit earlier; its minimum is confirmed in your audit. Otherwise, the honest advice is to work the list yourself first. Nothing on this page is an income promise.

The checklist

What should be in place before you hire an OnlyFans agency?

An agency multiplies what your page already does. These seven checks show whether there is something to multiply, and whether you'll be able to tell if it's working. Each one ends with a test you can run tonight.

  1. A posting rhythm you've kept for a month

Nobody can market a page that goes quiet. Ready looks like a set number of OnlyFans posts per week, kept for the last four weeks, and at least two weeks of content filmed ahead, so a busy week doesn't break the rhythm.

CheckCount your posts for each of the last four weeks. Is it the same number every week, and is there unposted content in the bank?

  2. A niche and persona you can say in one sentence

Chatters, reels and captions all work from a brief. Without one, everyone who touches your page sounds different, and fans notice. Ready looks like one sentence on who subscribes and why, plus a few lines on how you talk to fans: tone, pet names, what you share about your day.

CheckWrite the sentence. Would a stranger who read it know what your page is and who it's for?

  3. Prices you chose on purpose

Subscription price or free page, PPV range, bundles and the welcome message should each be a decision, not a default you never revisited. You don't need perfect prices. You need to know what they are and what sells.

CheckCan you name your sub price, your lowest and highest PPV, and last month's best seller without opening the app?

  4. One social platform that sends you fans

Traffic has to come from somewhere. Ready looks like one platform you post on every week, with your link in the bio, on an account registered to an email you own. One working platform is a better base than five half-used ones.

CheckWhich platform sent most of last month's new subscribers? If you can't say, start with check 07.

  5. Your boundaries, written down

A hard-no list decides what nobody may ever sell, promise or say in your name. Write it before anyone else chats for you: what you film and don't, face or no face, which customs you accept, topics that are off-limits, regions you block. It's the first page of any persona sheet, ours included.

CheckCould you send your hard-no list in one message today, without stopping to think?

  6. Time you can give, every week

An agency changes your work; it doesn't remove it. You still film, approve content, answer customs and read the report. With chatting only, you also keep running your own marketing. Ready looks like a fixed number of hours a week you can protect for the next three months.

CheckWrite down the hours a week you can film and review, every week, until three months from today. Is that number honest?

  7. Your numbers, from your statements

Every agency's commission is a percentage of something, so you need your own baseline before anyone else reports to you. Ready looks like one simple sheet: net per month from your OnlyFans statements, new subscribers, rebills, and a separate tracking link for each traffic source so you know where fans come from.

CheckCan you write down your net for each of the last three months from the statements, not from memory?

Your count

How do I read my result?

Count only the checks you passed today, not the ones you plan to. The count says whether an agency has something to build on. Whether its commission pays for itself is a separate question, answered by your net: the break-even calculator runs it on your own number.

Do this first

What should you do before hiring anyone?

None of this needs an agency, and all of it makes you harder to take advantage of. Do it whether you end up hiring us, someone else or nobody.

  • Secure your account yourself: an email only you use, a new password, and 2FA on a phone only you hold.No agency, including us, should ever need these sent to them.
  • Save your baseline: net for each of the last three months from your OnlyFans statements, in one sheet. It's how you'll judge any agency later, including us.
  • Write your persona sheet and hard-no list on one page.Tone, pet names, topics, limits. Start with the sheet below, or use the full persona outline and hard-no list.
  • Give each traffic source its own tracking link.So “the videos are working” becomes a number you can check.
  • Build a content bank of at least two weeks.A rhythm survives a sick week only if there is something filmed ahead.
  • Decide which half you'd hand over: traffic or chat.Hand over the half you can't keep up with, and keep the one you can. The plan finder helps you choose.
  • Read the terms before any call.Commission on net or gross, minimum term, notice, exit fee. Ours are on the pricing page.

By stage

Which option fits where you are now?

Four stages, from no earnings yet to full management, and what we offer at each. Place yourself by your last three statements, not your best month.

Not earning yet

No agency. Build the page.

Launch with a price you chose, post on a rhythm and pick one platform to grow. An agency has nothing to multiply yet.

At Fan Fusion: we don't take pages that aren't earning. Apply anyway and you get this checklist with a note on what to fix first.

Under $3,000 net a month

Work the checklist yourself

Below this level, full management rarely pays for itself. An hour of your own on your rhythm, prices or DMs moves the page further, and everything it earns stays yours.

At Fan Fusion: below the full-management minimum. Run the checks again when your statements show $3,000+.

Traffic works · chat is the gap

Chatting only

People already find your page. What's missing is keeping up with the DMs. We run the chats in your voice; your marketing stays yours.

At Fan Fusion: 15–20% of net; the minimum is confirmed in your audit. What it includes

$3,000+ net · both halves

Full management

Marketing, chatting and page operations from one team, once the page earns enough for a chat team to pay for itself.

At Fan Fusion: 35–60% of net, rate fixed in writing after a free audit. Both plans

Is traffic your gap rather than chat? We don't sell marketing on its own: our marketing program comes with full management, from about $3,000 net a month. Until then, start with check 04.

Below the minimum

Can Fan Fusion help before you net $3,000 a month?

Only if chat is your gap. Chatting only is 15–20% of net, with no upfront fees, month-to-month, 30 days' notice and no exit fee, and its minimum is confirmed in your audit: if chat volume on your page is too low for the commission to pay for itself, the audit says so. Marketing isn't sold on its own; it comes with full management.

What chatting only includes

  • Personal chats with your fans in your voice, 24/7
  • Persona sheet and hard-no list, written with you
  • PPV offers that follow from the conversation, with pricing tests
  • Weekly QA and a written report every Monday

What it won't do

  • Run your marketing. It stays yours to run or hand to anyone.
  • Fix a page with no posting rhythm or no prices. That's checks 01 and 03.
  • Promise an income figure. Nobody honest can.

The commission is on net: what OnlyFans pays out to you after its 20% platform fee, and your exact rate is fixed in writing after the free audit. Billing is one invoice per month, built from your OnlyFans statement, payable within 7 days by bank transfer or Wise. Put your own number into the commission calculator, or read the chatting service in detail. When your page reaches about $3,000 net a month, full management, marketing included, is a new written term sheet, not a new start.
