The Wyoming registry confirms the LLC exists and is in good standing. It doesn't list the LLC's members; the contract does. The address above belongs to our registered agent and is where official documents for the LLC are received. For everything else, email reaches us directly and faster.

Who may use this site and apply?

• You must be 18 or older to use this site, send the audit form or contact us about our services.
• Apply only for yourself. We work with creators directly, not with agencies, managers or partners applying on someone else's behalf.
• We may ask for proof of age and identity before an agreement is signed.

Zero tolerance for exploitation

Everyone we work with takes part voluntarily, as a consenting adult. We don't work with anyone under 18, anyone who appears to be pressured or controlled by another person, or anyone offering content of a person who hasn't consented to it. When we see signs of any of this, we end contact or the agreement immediately and report it where the law requires. How to report a concern yourself is in section 12.

What this site contains

This site hosts no explicit or adult imagery and no creator content. It is an information site for adult creators, not an adult site, and the 18+ rule applies because our services are only for adults.

Does using this site create a contract?

No. Reading the site, sending the audit form, receiving a written audit or a term sheet, or messaging us on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email creates no contract and no obligation for either side. What happens to the details you send is explained in the privacy policy.

Our services (marketing, chatting and page operations for OnlyFans creators) are provided only under an individual written agreement signed by you and Fan Fusion LLC. If this website and your signed agreement ever differ, the signed agreement applies. We may decline any application; the usual reasons are listed on the pricing page.

Commission

35–60% of net for full management, 15–20% of net for chatting only. Net means what OnlyFans pays out to you after its 20% fee. Your exact rate is fixed in writing after the audit.

Fees

No upfront, setup, tool or exit fees. Paid ads only run on a budget you approve in writing.

Term and notice

Month-to-month, with 30 days' written notice from either side.

After the end date

No commission. Our access is removed within 24 hours and our copies of your content are deleted within 14 days, both confirmed in writing.

Your account

Login, 2FA, email and payouts stay yours. OnlyFans pays you directly.

Billing

We send one invoice per month, built from your OnlyFans statement, payable within 7 days by bank transfer or Wise. If an invoice is unpaid after 14 days, our work pauses until it's settled.

Is Fan Fusion affiliated with OnlyFans?

No. Fan Fusion LLC is an independent agency. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for OnlyFans or its operator, Fenix International Limited, or any other platform named on this site, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, Telegram and WhatsApp. Platform names are trademarks of their respective holders and appear here only to describe the work we do.

OnlyFans has no manager role, so chat access is set up on a call where you enter the 2FA code yourself. We never ask for codes by message, and changing your password and signing out of other sessions ends our access. The details are on how account access works.

Your account stays subject to the platform's own terms. Our agreement can't change them, and only the platform decides on restrictions, bans or reinstatement.

Do you guarantee earnings or results?

No. Nothing on this site is a promise or a projection of income. We show results only anonymized and with the creator's consent, on the results page: monthly net figures from creators' OnlyFans statements, with no names, handles or photos. We don't publish testimonials. Every result on this site is an individual result, not typical or guaranteed.

• Numbers on this site are our own published terms, arithmetic examples labeled as illustrative math, not a client result, or the monthly net figures on the results page, as the creators' statements show them.
• Mockups of reports and term sheets show dashes (“$ —”, “— %”) instead of numbers and are labeled as samples.
• The calculator on the pricing page only multiplies the number you enter by our published rates. It predicts nothing.

What your page earns depends on things neither of us controls, such as what fans spend, what you produce and what the platforms decide. What we do put in writing is the list of deliverables, the report every Monday and the exit terms.

Is anything on this site legal, tax or financial advice?

No. Our guides, checklists and templates are general information written from an operator's point of view. Where a guide discusses contract clauses, those are clauses to check, not legal advice about your contract. For your own situation, speak to a lawyer or tax advisor licensed where you live. Invoices come from Fan Fusion LLC, a US company; how they are treated for your taxes depends on where you live.

Who owns the content?

Your content

Your content is yours, including everything we edit or produce for you. Sending the form, a link or a sample gives us no right to use it. Under an agreement, we use your content only to market your page while the agreement runs, and our copies are deleted within 14 days after it ends. Marketing runs on creator-branded distribution pages, registered to emails you own; handles, followers and posted content go with you at exit.

Every fan-facing message is written by a human chatter. AI tools may help with editing and captions. Nothing AI-generated of you is published without your written approval.

Our website content

The text, layout, graphics and templates on this site belong to Fan Fusion LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link to the page, and you may use the templates and checklists for your own business. Please don't republish whole pages, present our content as your own, or use the Fan Fusion name or FF mark in a way that suggests we endorse you.

The photos on this site are illustrative. No person shown is a client, a result or anyone at Fan Fusion.

What isn't allowed on this site?

When you use this site or its forms, please don't:

• submit someone else's details, or apply in someone else's name;
• send false information, or material you don't have the right to share;
• probe, overload or try to get around the site's security, or send automated form submissions;
• copy or scrape the site at scale, or use it to send spam;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may ignore or delete submissions that break these rules.

Are you responsible for other websites you link to?

No. We link to other sites, such as OnlyFans, the Wyoming registry, Telegram and the sources cited in our guides. We don't control them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, and a link is not an endorsement.

Where we compare agencies, we use only the terms they publish, with the source and the date we retrieved it; “Not published” means we couldn't find it on their site. If a comparison is out of date or wrong, email contact@fanfusion-agency.com and we'll check it and correct the page.

What is Fan Fusion liable for?

We date every review of this site, but terms and platform rules can change between reviews. The site and its general information are provided as they are, without a promise that they are complete, current or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, Fan Fusion LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings, that comes from using this website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Liability for our services is set by the individual agreement, not by this page. Ask to read its liability clause before you sign; what we do if an account is restricted is on the pricing page.

Which law applies?

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer protection rules, those rules still protect you. Your individual agreement states its own governing law and how disputes are handled.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at contact@fanfusion-agency.com; most things can be settled in writing. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are written in English, and if we ever publish a translation, the English version applies.

How do I report abuse, a rights issue or an accessibility problem?

Email contact@fanfusion-agency.com with the matching subject line below, so your message is read first.

Abuse or impersonation

Use the subject “Abuse report” for signs that someone is under 18, pressured or shown without consent, or that someone is using our name; to check whether a message really comes from us, see our verify page. Suspected child exploitation should also go to the police or, in the US, to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

Copyright or content

Use the subject “Rights notice” and include the page address, the material you own and how to reach you. We review every notice and remove material that infringes.

Security

Use the subject “Security” and describe the issue. Please don't test beyond what you need to show it.

Accessibility

Use the subject “Accessibility” if a page doesn't work with your device or assistive technology. We'll send you the information another way and fix the page.
